1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Netbix Technologies (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including web design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in a legally binding manner.
2. Services Provided
We offer professional web design and development services, including optional hosting, domain registration, SEO, Digital Marketing, and maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be detailed in individual project agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary details, feedback, and approvals promptly. Delays in client response may impact delivery schedules and may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Netbix Technologies retains ownership of all design concepts, source code, and development materials until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, the client gets a license or ownership as outlined in the project agreement. Client-provided content remains their property, and the client warrants that all materials supplied do not infringe third-party rights.
5. Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate projects. Remaining payments are due per the agreed milestones. Non-payment may result in project suspension or termination.
6. Revisions and Approvals
Standard packages include a set number of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges. Final approval is deemed acceptance of work.
7. Hosting and Domain Services
If hosting or domain registration is included, Netbix Technologies acts as a facilitator. We are not liable for third-party downtimes or service interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project or service.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy. Upon termination, access credentials will be revoked, and any unpaid balances will remain due.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
