Netbix Technologies – Refund Policy
Effective Date: May 29, 2025

1. General Policy
Refunds are subject to the nature and status of the service. Due to the personalized nature of web design services, all payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

  • If work has not begun and cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment, a partial refund may be issued.
  • If any phase of the project has started, payments for that phase are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be given for completed work or missed milestones due to client delays.

3. Digital Product and Service Nature
As our services involve intellectual labor and custom solutions, refund claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 7 days of the incident. Refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Netbix Technologies.

Netbix Technologies – Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: May 29, 2025

1. Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel a project at any time with written notice. Work completed until the cancellation date must be paid in full. Deposits are non-refundable.

2. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel projects in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Client misconduct
  • Repeated failure to provide materials or approvals

In such cases, no refunds will be provided, and all work remains the property of Netbix Technologies until full payment is made.

3. Ongoing Services
For monthly services like hosting or maintenance, cancellation requires 14 days’ notice. The client is responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation takes effect.

4. Data and Access Post-Cancellation
Upon cancellation, access credentials may be revoked. Clients are responsible for backing up their data before the service ends.
