Netbix Technologies – Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how Netbix Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”) delivers both digital and physical products to clients. By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms stated below.
2. Digital Deliverables
Most of our products and services—such as website files, login credentials, reports, and creative assets—are delivered digitally.
- Delivery Method: Files are shared via secure cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox) or sent to your registered email.
- Delivery Timeline: Based on the project scope, digital deliveries occur in milestones or at completion, typically within the timeframe outlined in the signed agreement.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure accurate email addresses and timely feedback to avoid delays.
- Delivery Confirmation: Delivery is confirmed via email notification. Access credentials or files are considered “delivered” upon client confirmation or 48 hours after email dispatch, whichever comes first.
3. Physical Deliverables (if applicable)
If any physical items (e.g., packaged media, merchandise, promotional kits) are provided:
- Shipping Partners: We use reputable couriers (e.g., India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart).
- Shipping Regions: Delivery is available across India. International shipping must be confirmed in writing.
- Dispatch Time: Physical orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days after confirmation and full payment.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email.
- Delivery Time: Typically 7–10 business days within India. International timelines vary by region.
- Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping fees will be communicated before dispatch and reflected in the final invoice.
4. Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, courier service failures). In such events, clients will be notified promptly.
5. Failed Delivery
- Digital Delivery Failure: If you do not receive your digital files within the agreed timeline, please check your spam folder and contact us immediately.
- Physical Delivery Failure: If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, reshipping costs will be borne by the client.
6. Loss or Damage
For physical deliveries, if items arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please notify us within 3 business days. We will assist with courier claims, but we are not responsible for damage caused during transit unless insurance is included.
